The SEU Honors Program is designed for high-achieving students whose scholastic record
indicates superior aptitude in scholarly research and writing.
The program will provide opportunities for students of diverse backgrounds to become
professionals, leaders, and problem-solvers. Moreover, the program will help students
develop their public voice, while emphasizing the importance of service, justice,
and social responsibility.

The SEU Honors program will provide enhanced learning options for capable, prepared,
highly motivated students. These options will not only develop students’ practical
and academic skills, but also offer experiences and trainings that will render students
highly marketable.

Program Requirements
- Students must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- All Honors Students are required to design, develop, and present an Honors Independent or Collaborative Research Capstone Project that integrates the learning experiences and goals of the Honors Program.
