Bias Checking
As with all sources, newspapers can also have biases. Luckily for you, the work to determine reliability and political bias has already been done for the vast majority of news sources. We recommend this interactive Media Bias Chart published by Ad Fontes Media, which allows you to compare the reliability and political leanings of multiple news sources at the same time. While it has data on thousands of news sources, it only allows 5 free searches a day. We've attached a static copy of the chart with the most common news sources at the bottom of this page for you to reference.
