Hope Dmuchowski is a proud double alumna of Saint Elizabeth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2001) and a Master of Science in Business Management (2006). She serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for First Horizon Corporation, where her leadership responsibilities include accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, investor relations, corporate properties, sourcing, and procurement.

Hope’s journey an inspiring testament to the grit, determination, and resilience that define a Saint Elizabeth education. She forged her professional path with courage and conviction—qualities that helped her rise through the ranks of the financial industry.

Committed also to empowering others, Hope has made it her mission to mentor the next generation of leaders, especially women, helping them reach their full potential. She also gives generously of her time in service to the community and serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including as Treasurer of the National Salvation Army Board.

At the heart of her success is a deep and abiding faith that continues to guide her aspirations. She exemplifies the kind of servant leadership that Saint Elizabeth University cherishes—where success is measured not only by achievement, but by the impact one has on others.
