Help Desk/User Services

Under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer, the Help Desk serves as a central point of contact for managing, communicating, and facilitating resolution of SEU-owned computer related problems. Not sure who to call about signing out a projector and laptop for a presentation? The Help Desk will ensure your request is directed to the appropriate office.

One of the primary responsibilities of the Help Desk is the maintenance and support of SEU computer labs and all staff and faculty desktop computers and printers. In addition, the Help Desk provides assistance in the use of office applications and online web applications such as the Learning Management Systems (Moodle), email, Google Apps, and Self-Service.

While the Help Desk is unable to fix your personally owned computers, support is available for helping students connect their computers to the campus network. The FAQ/Help Documents also has a number of helpful articles related to technology services on campus, recommended computer configurations, antivirus/anti-spyware resources, and more.
