Program Goals
The goals of the Ed.D. in Educational Organizational Leadership are:
- To prepare organizational leaders who demonstrate servant leadership and social justice advocacy for the members of their organizations.
- To prepare organizational leaders to be successful stewards of human and fiscal resources in their organizations.
- To prepare organizational leaders who make data-driven decisions to promote and sustain high performance.
- The program combines online learning with hands-on-experiences to encourage networking and collaboration between candidates and SEU faculty.
Program Student Outcomes
Graduates of the Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership pursue a wide range of careers. Examples of job titles include:
