Students Take Action Committee (STAC)

The Students Take Action Committee (STAC) is a student-led volunteer group dedicated to community outreach, social justice awareness and advocacy, and student leadership in the spirit of service.

Under the guidance of the Director for the Geraldine Doyle Riordan Center for Volunteerism and Service-Learning, student leaders chair service projects and events, many of which are co-sponsored with other organization on campus.

STAC meetings are held every other Wednesday and are open to all students. Meetings are held in the Saint Joseph Hall's Ward Dining Room.

If you would like to participate in any STAC event but cannot make the meetings, you can still get involved! New and exciting volunteer events are always being added to the roster of activities available on and off campus.

Please contact the STAC officers at STAC@steu.edu or call the Volunteer Center at (973) 290-4245.
