M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology: Two-Year Traditional Track (60 Credits)
The Two-Year Traditional Track is a 60-credit, 2-year (5-semester) hybrid program,
with academic coursework delivered online and clinical coursework delivered in person.
This format allows students to build foundational knowledge and clinical skills through
personalized clinical training in year one. In year two, with fewer online academic
courses, students move into more advanced clinical externships, participating 4–5
days per week.
Students engage in clinical practice every semester throughout the program and graduate with 25 hours of clinical observation and at least 375 hours of direct supervised clinical practice across a variety of settings, including schools, early intervention programs, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, and private practices.
M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology: Three-Year Track for Non-CSD Backgrounds (79 Credits)
This track is designed for students who do not hold a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders. It allows students to apply directly to the graduate program and complete 19 credits of prerequisite coursework fully online during their first year, then follow the Traditional Track curriculum for the remaining two years.
