The Institute for Policing, Justice and Public Safety Leadership serves as “hub” for law enforcement executives ,academic leaders, elected officials and community groups to come together to examine trends in law enforcement. The Institute helps organizations and law enforcement agencies improve best practices in policing, public safety and justice and conduct policy analysis. The Institute also serves as a vehicle for anchoring foresight and innovation in the culture of law enforcement and policing.
The Institute for Policing, Justice and Public Safety Leadership routinely holds events and ceremonies to highlight the accomplishments of law enforcement officers and agencies. The Institute also fosters the creation of a diverse professional work for New Jersey's law enforcement organizations and fosters the development of community relations as well as training for the public safety community.
