Any student that needs assistance with obtaining their documentation should email Accessibility Services or check the box on the Clockwork intake form indicating that you need help.

Step 3

After you submit the intake form you will be prompted to make an appointment with Accessibility Services to discuss your needs. On the Clockwork homepage click on ‘Schedule an appointment.’ and book your appointment. Be sure to indicate if you would like an in person appointment, a phone call or a Zoom meeting, so that a link can be sent to you.

Step 4

At the Intake meeting if it has been determined that the student qualifies for services the student and the Accessibility Services Coordinator will discuss what services are available to the student and an Accommodation Plan will be created. The student will be emailed and instructed to log into Clockwork and to click on Send/View Plan. Once the student views and approves their accommodations, the letter will appear in their professors’ Clockwork portal and the professors will be able to view and acknowledge the student’s plan in Clockwork.
